The article below was in response to following request: Rick Luhmann of Computer Telephony would like Brough to pen the "counter point" to a Dialogic engineer's "point" regarding the importance of ATM technology for computer telephony. Rick read one of Brough's CTI articles and thought Brough was most appropriate to write the counter point on the problems of the ATM. Here is the point from John Long of Dialogic and my counterpoint. - rbt
